The boy's surgery went well, but if you ask me - he knew something was coming. You can see it in the eyes!!! ;) 
And you thought you had trouble keeping your behind hidden in this gown. It doesn't even cover his, but he looks happy as ever anyway!! 
AHHHH - the blissful sleep brought on by anesthesia - the only good thing about the entire experience.
